How quickly can I move into my box?
Immediately: Choose your location and box online, receive your contract and PIN – you can often start storing on the same day. You have access 7 days a week, without an appointment.
How long do I need to commit for?
The minimum rental period is 30 days, after which your storage unit can be cancelled monthly. Only the special offer "1st month for €1" requires a minimum booking of 2 months.
What box size do I need?
Rule of thumb: The contents of one room fit into approx. 5 m³, a 2-room flat into 10–15 m³, an entire house into 30–40 m³. For every box, we show you what fits inside – and you can switch to a larger or smaller box at any time.
How much does a storage unit cost?
Prices depend on location, size, and availability – you can see all available boxes with daily updated prices directly during booking. Save 10 % with a 12-month prepayment. There are no hidden extra costs.
Are my stored goods safe?
All facilities are video-monitored and alarm-secured, each box is individually lockable – only you have the key.
What am I not allowed to store?
Foodstuffs, animals, plants, hazardous goods (petrol, gas cylinders, paint in large quantities), cash, and illegal items. Everything else – from furniture to files to wine collections – is welcome.
